We allow cancellation up to 1 hour before expected arrival time without penalty, failure to provide us with any written or verbal communication before showing up to your home and no one answering the door will result in 50% of your quote being billed as as NCNA (No Call No Answer). You may asked to provide a deposit for any future service request. Failure to pay NCNA fee may result in escalated collection actions which may impact your credit rating.
